Our company is announcing an open competition for the position of Business Analyst in Kyiv.
Requirements:
- A degree in a Technology, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics
- 3+ years of experience of relevant professional experience
- Solid, hands-on experience in Business Process Analysis, System Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills, attention to details and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage BA work with large amounts of business stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills, able to design complex data flows and business processes, to be familiar with programming languages.
- Team player committed and self-motivated.
- Excellent English level.
Main responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing business requirements (through business stakeholders’ interviews), redesign and automate business processes.
- Developing policies and procedures, and implement changes.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to define the roadmap, prioritize improvements and enhancement requests, analyze business benefits.
- Organize and overview the implementation of systems and processes.
- Participation in projects on optimization and automation of processes.
